Bolar currently works with various companies in unique roles.  We also partner with organizations with unique products and jointly develop such. The arrangement in each case is structured to meet our needs and that of our principals.

 

GRUNENTHAL GmbH

Grunenthal is a German Company well known for it’s strong analgesic Tramal.

Bolar is the sole agent for Tramal and handles the importation, marketing and

distribution for the products. Promotion is in partnership with Biofem

Pharmaceuticals

 

BIOTHERA

Biothera is a US based biotechnology company dedicated to improving immune health. The company is developing a natural gluco polysaccharide that engages and directs natural innate immune system responses. The company is commercializing this carbohydrate technology through two business groups: Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Groups.

 

GGIA

We are partnering with GGIA to market their products in Nigeria. These are  u

nique set of home grown pharmaceuticals originating from West African research

in the areas of antivirals and sickle cell products. These unique set of products

will be launched in late 2011.

 

NEW PRODUCTS                                         

Other products in development include unique herbal and natural based products

for diabetes, cancer, prostate enlargement, arthritis, urinary tract infections,

menstrual disorders, skin disease etc. These products will be launched in

2012/2013.

 

JOHNSON AND JOHNSON SA                    

We have a unique long term relationship with the J and J group and provide

Consulting services in Regulatory Affairs. We use our expertise in this area and

close knowledge of NAFDAC to help them constantly register new products

and handle all regulatory issues for their product portfolio. This service is

available for other companies who need professional regulatory affairs support.
